Cgpro Sports has an independent in-house design team who are specialized in carbon fiber products, offering professional styling development and innovation solutions. 2. ANALYSE OF YOUR PROJECT and PROFILE BY CGPRO.
 
3. FEEDBACK FROM CGPRO:
 
- Precisions needed / Feasibility / Time of delivery.
 
4. YOUR AGREEMENT.
 
5. DESIGN PROPOSAL(s) including :
 
- Suited Production technique according to your project.
- 3D drawing/Prototype
- Mold manufacturing
- Packaging design (if any).
 
6. DESIGN APPROVED BY YOU.
 
7. CHOICE OF MATERIAL and production technique (depending on your target price).
 
The general time to complete the entire process is about 1-2 months.
The time may vary depending on the designer availability.

R&D Service


For carbon fiber car parts, medical device or carbon fiber helmet etc.. 

Briefly, Enjoy CGPRO's three major R&D advantages:
 
1) If you can furnish a sketch 2D illustration, we have the capability and expertise to turn it into a concrete product;
2) If you can provide us with a picture of the model you like, we are also well capable of converting that into a concrete product; 
3) If you have your own designers who produce 3D drawings, that'd be even better and easier for us to finish the end product.
